My family immigrated from Guadalajara, Mexico, and I was raised by a single mother who worked tirelessly to provide for her eight children. Growing up in a traditional Mexican family, I learned the values of accountability, responsibility, honesty, respect, and perseverance. Those values shaped who I am and continue to guide the way I lead and serve others today.
